I love how quiet the community at large is. My neighbors are relatively respectful and clean. I would not recommend though, based on the maintenance of the apartments.
We have constant pest problems even though we pay for pest control, trash valets broke our trash can and won’t pick up your trash if it’s even remotely heavy. Our air conditioning system has broken 6 times in the last 9 months, 4 times in the summer and twice since it’s been cold. Our neighbors have absolutely no sense of their surroundings and walk with bowling balls strapped to their feet and smoke so much marijuana that it leaks into our vents. We’ve complained multiple times but management does nothing.

Taken over by a well known franchise Cushman and Wakefield, it doesn't surprise me that all the regionally managers are too at fault. Shouldn't be this bad but there are no real excuses except bad professionalism and staffing. Tired of excuses for upkeep of property and work to keep this establishment a safe haven for not just housing but security.

Find the place where you’ll thrive at The Venue. Great location, well designed floor plans and complex layout, good scenery, overall nice amenities, and I'm sure the updated units look great. Poor maintenance staff and high management turnover. The front gate doesn’t work & they won’t tell you this before you sign the lease. The fitness center is never locked, homeless people walk into the complex and leave trash around. You won’t receive most of your packages here they’ll either be lost from the office misplacing them or stolen.

They cut my wall open and left black mold exposed for 3 days. When they came and finally fixed the walls they used the same material that they had cut away. We requested they put us in a hotel for the time being until they could fix the wall but they said they wouldn’t be able to do that since they responded to our request.

It ended in January 2022 and I kept calling and emailing them regarding it with no response. I fricken hate this place and can't wait to leave!!! And I got a carpet cleaner because I have a cleaning business and tested it out on the carpets and they carpets were BLACK! I had seen them clean the apartment next to me when the people moved out. I have also found bed bugs in the apartment on my curtains near the window. I have mattress protectors on all of our beds but in the lease there's a whole section regarding bed bugs.

Keisha made sure that she was accessible if needed and still is. I had a great experience here getting an apartment. He was very helpful in every aspect of our process of getting this apartment. We were struggling to find one that had available rooms and that allowed 3 Labrador retrievers. They were able to work it out with me since one of my dogs was a service animal for me.
