I’ve been living here 2 years no big issues until today. I walked outside this morning to get in my car and noticed it wasn’t in the parking lot. I didn’t think anyone stole it because there’s nicer cars in the parking lot than mine.

Keisha made sure that she was accessible if needed and still is. I had a great experience here getting an apartment. He was very helpful in every aspect of our process of getting this apartment. We were struggling to find one that had available rooms and that allowed 3 Labrador retrievers. They were able to work it out with me since one of my dogs was a service animal for me. Verandahs at Cliffside has 5 parks within 11.3 miles, including River Legacy Living Science Center, River Legacy Parks, and UT Arlington Planetarium.

This apartment community was built in 1986 and has 3 stories with 538 units. Office staff is very friendly and the amenities that come along with the apt are very nice. The one bedroom, one bath apartment was a little small for the price. I have not necessarily ruled this community out because I really like the area, but the apartment is a bit smaller than what I desire. I would recommend this property because all the amenities and personnel staff are top notch . Even with everything going on everyone has been great...the process was quick and easy!

I have had no response to the issue as of Tuesday evening. Those who visit Windsor Barton Creek, located at 2611 Bee Caves Road in Austin, Texas, realize now what a special place this community is to call home. First, please allow us to apologize for your experience.

We asked them to move us into a different apartment but they said they couldn’t do that with our a $500 transfer fee. We asked to break our lease and again they said we wouldn’t be eligible because they responded to our call. This place looks nice on the outside and the pictures but I can guarantee that this will be one of the worst places you’ve ever lived. From the moment you walk through the front door you will feel the comfort that makes our residents happy to call us home. Cutting edge services, meticulously-groomed grounds, and a dedicated staff contributes to a higher standard of living. I had a great experience moving into Verandahs.

There was a pipe from the ceiling in the bathtub that was leaking as well under the sink that has down some damage to the wooded cabinet. They don't even all in advance when they would be coming to the apartment. I have asked the ladies in the office if they have another apartment unit that they have vacant so I can used since my apartment has no working AC.

This is the second year in a row the AC in the unit above #3015 has leaked into my apartment. Each time I must dry out the HVAC area for several days to attempt to avoid mold. There are plenty of amenities for everyone. The layout of the apartment complex is really nice and somewhat private. They work good as a team and was able to get me into an apartment gracefully in a short period of time. Firstly, the Verandahs is a great place to live from the amenities to the view, but the 5 stars is because of the leasing agents.

The day we moved in there were no hot water for 2¹/2 weeks & no remedy to satisfy the inconvenience as tenants. They would be expecting full rent for partial service, but if not eviction notice would be filed. We work with all the same apartments as every other Apartment web site that you can be looking at. When me and my spouse first moved in the apartment was not ready to be moved into. Nothing was properly done cleaning was horrible. I also have pictures of everything when We first moved in. The communication is horrible here we put in work orders in we have people doing half of there job I have pictures of before and after there was no difference. Everytime I try and ask about a resolution there is poor communication.

Someone was supposed to delete another resident out of the system but they accidentally deleted me. Thankfully the did get in contact with the towing company so I didn’t have to pay to get it out but they offered no other compensation beyond that for their mistake. Sorry but my time is valuable and they could’ve done more for the inconvenience, after all it was their mistake. I've lived here for 2 years now and have had problems since! First the gate has been broken since after a month of me moving here. It has never been fixed or even attempted to be fixed.

I've called numerous times and they tell me someone will be out that day or they will call me back but neither of those things happen. The only reason why I signed a second lease was because I was 7 months pregnant at the time. They also didn't renew my lease on time.

We have constant pest problems even though we pay for pest control, trash valets broke our trash can and won’t pick up your trash if it’s even remotely heavy. Our air conditioning system has broken 6 times in the last 9 months, 4 times in the summer and twice since it’s been cold. Our neighbors have absolutely no sense of their surroundings and walk with bowling balls strapped to their feet and smoke so much marijuana that it leaks into our vents. We’ve complained multiple times but management does nothing.

They cut my wall open and left black mold exposed for 3 days. When they came and finally fixed the walls they used the same material that they had cut away. We requested they put us in a hotel for the time being until they could fix the wall but they said they wouldn’t be able to do that since they responded to our request.
